"I had a brilliant stay at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab. Room was very spacious, clean and modern and I had nice view on one of the upper floors. The king-size bed was so comfortable and there was a nice table to do work. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and quick. Bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. "Conveniently located, staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a credit to Ramada. The room I was in had seen better days, a bit shabby and had several maintenance issues (toilet seat loose/broken, toilet flush stuck on, bedside lamp not working etc) all were relatively trivial so not worth the effort of reporting to staff, who I have no doubt would’ve taken care of them, but could have been better. Overall a decent budget hotel well located with extremely friendly staff."
