It is not a luxurious 5 star hotel.
Family of 4(2 adult and 2 children) checked in but it was only for 2 of all in the room, towels, beds and kitchen items. It was nothing to clean kitchen items with. It was very little of kitchen tools and pots, so could not even do a small normal dinner. So it was eating microwave food or outside. Neighbor block are under renovating, so it's dusty and not clean around the hotel. It was legal to smoke in the corridor in each floor of the hotel, so we could smell it in the room. We did see some small bugs on the kitchen bench in the morning. Be aware of the lift door, it closes the door very soon after the door have been open and therefore our children was squeezed between the door. The pool is on the roof and with more than 2 meters wall, so it was very safe to be there with children. Nice and polite staff.

The place is definitely good value for money. Decent location, relative to downtown, though the area is a bit gormless. Room was clean and large. Hot water was usually tepid, warm enough to take a shower, but not strictly hot. We were there for two nights and for the price we paid it was a decent base to see a few of the sites. Restaurant was very so so. We ended up eating most meals at sajway nearby.

الفندق قديم، والأثاث بدأ في التهالك، موظف الاستقبال لم يكن مهنيا وغير مهذب، اضطررت الانتظار مع العائلة قرابة ساعة لإنهاء اجراءات الدخول، كان المكان غير مريح لسكن العوائل المحافظة. لم تكن إقامتنا مريحة للأسف الشديد.

Good location. Unfortunatelly room capacity description does not match. We booked a room for 4 and we got just one bed??? We arrange additional beds for our kids but we had to pay a surcharge. How can you offer a room for 4 person with just one bed. I'm working in hospitality bussines for over 20 years and never experienced nothing like this.

Not so good, uncomfortable stay
It was a large living space, but I’ve noticed so many little details that made it really wrong. First, received two key cards but none was working after check in. Second, only one TV was for the whole entire place & super small. Then the place stated Iron & safe deposit box available but both was non existent. The water pressure was awful & shower was leaking all over the place. Lastly, there was no heating or air conditioning. Felt that the room I received was a cheapest for last minute stay.

Staff is excellent very friendly. Guest friendly, also! Nice location. Very clean, but a little outdated. Has restaurant, but does not serve alcohol. Thanks really enjoyed my stay!!

Sentralt og hyggelig
Fint hotel til en god pris. Ligger meget sentralt med flere matvarebutikker i umiddelbar nærhet. 10 minutter å gå til Abu Dhabi Mall. Fin leilighet med et godt utstyrt kjøkken for å lage mat. Bassenget på toppen av hotellet var supert, med godt og varmt vann. En del bygningsarbeider utenfor som gjør det litt kaotisk å komme frem med bil.
