Property was perfect for our needs, very clean, and Irina was extremely prompt with her answers to all of our questions. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. "The house is beautiful with the perfect mix of historic charm and modern amenities. I am a light sleeper and I liked that the bedrooms seemed to have good blinds. Because it is on a major street, there was some traffic noise. I was able to drown that out with a white noise machine. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The only issue I had was on the day of checkout. I wasn't aware that the roads would be shut down for a half marathon. We couldn't leave at the required check-in time. I...

"It was a nice house with a lot of potential, however, more attention to cleaning and maintenance of the house would be appreciated. One of the seats on the roof was broken, the half bathroom sink was clogged, many of the floors were not mopped, the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and there was debris on the upstairs bathroom wall that looked like they mopped the floor and used the same mop, without rinsing, to clean the walls. It actually had hair on wall."

"I'll knock out the only issue to start with. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired...
