Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. The only not so ideal things were that the exterior patio was quite dirty, the trash barrels were fully covered in cobwebs, wasp nests and spiders. Only issue was there were some delayed maintenance issues and when we tried to reach out we received no response. "The house and deck are the best with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean. Everything works well including air and heat, hot tub, nice showers, and all kitchen appliances. The views overlooking the Valley all the way to the ocean are extraordinary. I would suggest guests arrive before dark as the street going to the residence has lots of turns and the driveway is very steep with a hairpin turn. Our host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. "
