"The house was great for our family weekend ski trip at Spirit Mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to have breakfast and dinner there. Plenty of space for the six of us. The games in the basement were a nice bonus. The hot tub on the deck got used both nights and was excellent. Great communication by the owner. Off street parking was nice as it is on a corner of two main streets. This house was overall great and would definitely stay here again when we are in town for...

"Duluth is cold in January... duh!! This place was cozy for sure. It's location is absolutely the best, but in January we weren't outside much. We came to Duluth for a wedding and had several individual needs and a large group (6 adults and two dogs). This place was perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. Bill was available for all questions too. Games on-site and that helped to make a fabulous weekend."

"A clean, tidy property. We booked it for an mtb trip. However, it did not have a garage or other bike storage area so we had to carry our bikes up a flight of stairs in order to store them indoors for the night."

The many nooks & crannies provided plenty of space for us all - reading, games, puzzles & more. Shopping in Duluth, trips to local breweries, hiking on the Northshore & a magical stroll through the festive Bentleyville - delightful!We were warmly welcomed by host, Theresa & provided with clear information re: the home. "I had a wonderful long-weekend stay here with my husband, baby, and parents. The house was beautiful, well cared for, and stocked with ever thing we needed for our stay. The back sun room looking out on the lake was a great place to read, the location was super convenient, and Meredith was very responsive and helpful. Best of all was the wood burning sauna, which we used every day. Would definitely come back. "
