This is a very basic property, lacking many amenities you’d expect in a 3* star rated property (e.g. tea making facilities in the room) and maintained with little attention to detail. "We were looking to enjoy the mountain views of a quiet, Italian country side. This place had it all! The beautiful soul who was governess of the estate- Amelia- cooked us a DIVINE breakfast and helped us feel so very welcome! Can’t possibly say enough about her talent! Five stars!"

"The street around it is small but we were fine with it after a day or two or using it very small two lane rd. That was the only bad thing about it everything else was perfect. Easy to het around great area amd close to modello beach"
