"I enjoyed my stay here, left yesterday. Good Customer Service, 2 pools, Onsite Restaurant, Breakfast offered for a fee, Refrigerator in room, 5 min. Walk to the beach, shopping close by, bars close by. Cons (The Y bar noise if you're on that side of the property) Live music, very loud at night. DRY the Pillows and bedding COMPLETELY! "I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating....
