"Very disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to let me in, one couple was waiting for over one hour. One person finally comes in and we as a group walk to one area of apartments and then we waited another 30 minutes before walking another 20 minutes to another apartment area. Then when we get to the other apartment area the key wasn't working because she took us to the wrong apartment. Then we finally get to the correct apartment. "It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We discovered it the last day but the basement coffee corner is the best thing ever! Free coffee, fruits, cookies, milk, utensils (even includes chopsticks, a big plus). Also every morning they put a bag of water and dessert on your door handle. These services make the hotel next level! "
