He shared many tips of things to see in the area during our short stay and following his tips helped give us a fondness for this town and area of Scotland. We hope to stay there again sometime soon. "Although a old building it was very cosy, clean and tidy. Room was nice and clean. Only one wee thing, when we handed in our key on departure, the gentleman on reception did not even ask if we had a nice stay or was everything alright with our stay, not a nice example of hospitality. We will be back, but just a wee thing."

"Nice, comfy hotel in a great accessible location in Dundee. Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and had a great night’s sleep. Only detractor to the ground floor double room that we stayed in was a slightly creaky hallway, which let in a bit of noise during the day / morning. This wasn’t an issue at night and didn’t affect the stay much at all! Thanks to the staff for making the stay a comfortable one!"

"Only stayed one night, however what we experienced was excellent. Very clean and fresh. We had an issue with the TV which couldn’t be resolved, staff were great and immediately moved us rooms, can’t fault this hotel and will definitely return in the future."
