"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...

"Welcomed warmly by Sabine. What a lovely host she is, cannot do enough for you. We really loved this quiet quirky B&B. Immaculately clean and comfortable so glad we stopped off here. "We spent two weeks at this farm house. We enjoyed the dinners together. The wine is very good that they make. the home was very special the views spectacular we loved watching the baby boars come in for their apples. Francesco helped me out with some medical issues I had, which I really appreciated, we made some magical memories here"

"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"
