"I have never in my life been in a hotel that is so impeccably clean and well maintained, where the staff is genuinely happy to help, quiet yet close to everything, incredible breakfast served at your table, not the classic rush and traffic jam to get to the food, good safe parking for car or motorcycle , there is even a bisd feeding station!"

"overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets."

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
