"Meus pais ficaram no hotel por minha recomendação e do meu esposo. Meus pais simplesmente amaram e irão voltar. A experiência deles foi a melhor possível. O quarto foi maravilhoso, espaçoso, o hotel super limpo, o staff foi muito educado, o café da manhã foi maravilhoso com variedade e reposição sempre que era possível e a piscina foi um bônus para eles. Breakfast, served from 8a-12p, was delicious with fresh fruit and eggs, yogurt, cakes, bread, salami. Tea time from 5p-7p. Nice long walk to downtown shops & restaurants. "O atendimento foi excelente em todas as interações e necessidades. O local era super charmoso e aconchegante e a localização excelente por ser próximo a todos os locais de interesse em campos do jordão. Único ponto de atenção foi o estado de conservação do quarto que era um pouco abaixo do restante da pousada, que por sinal era excelente. Fora isso, recomendo e voltaria com certeza. "

"Vou dizer que o hotel se torna maravilhoso pelo atendimento desde a recepcção e os demais colaboradores. Comida otima. Lugar incrivel para estar com familia e amigos. A Capela é muito linda e a casa de Pedra é um lugar de muita paz. Houve uma festa Country no sabado 22/03/25 com muita musica, alias o cantor tinha um voz incrivel, e muita comida tipica. Salas para leitura, monitores bem animados, um otimo lugar para contato com a natureza. Eu super indico "

"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."
