Decepcionado.
Acomodação absurdamente ruidosa para o custo elevado da diária, comuniquei a recepção solicitando a recisão da estadia, mas não foi considerada esta opção pelo atendimento e me transferiram para outra acomodação, inferior à que eu escolhi anteriormente, porém bem menos ruidosa. O atendimento foi extremamente cordial e buscaram uma solução para o problema imediatamente. Entretanto, o prazer e experiências pelos quais paguei não foram completamente atendidos. Algumas tábuas de madeira do piso da primeira acomodação pareciam soltas e machuquei meu pé em um dos pregos de fixação que não estava bem pregado. O aquecedor do quarto para onde fui transferido não funcionava, somente a do banheiro.

Hospedagem incrível! Atendimento excelente, café da manhã espetacular. Ótimas instalações, estacionamento e a localização também excelente para as atrações no Capivari mas também com fácil acesso para as saídas para passeios fora da cidade. Único ponto a considerar: quartos com calefação mas sem ar condicionado. Não sei como fariam mas mesmo com 10 graus, a noite ficou bastante quente (com calefação desligada)!
