"Good location at the head of the King St. restaurant/shopping area. Room was quiet and comfortable, after we switched! Original room's bed shared a wall with the "Electrical Room" which emitted a low, loud hum all night. Impossible to sleep. We were able to change with no problem. Shower excellent, hot water, good pressure, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Sink water pressure very low, however, not much more than a trickle. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Definitely one of the friendliest staffs I've ever met. From front desk check-in, to cleaning staff smiling and saying hello in the hallway, to the doorman/concierge being quick to help us get out safely despite the bad weather. (all this with a large convention in the building keeping everyone very busy!). Interesting layout with the long curves hallways. The room was ok. Pretty typical, but still very clean. My only notes are about items like door latches and shower knobs being broken & hard...
