"This is an excellent Budget motel. It is very clean and tidy. Nice and quiet. I will be staying here again next time I have to service my clients on Philip island. A breakfast option would be nice but there is an IGA within walking distance where I was able to buy my breakfast requirements."

"Stopped over for a night before going to the beach. Everything was alright except for the activities held downstairs in the pub. It seems that they have a band on Friday nights which makes it impossible for you to sleep before midnight. The mattress is very comfortable. There are cafes and shops nearby. Only shared bathrooms and toilets."
