An absolutely perfect house for our family, with plenty of room to stretch out, all of the amenities needed, and a huge deck to enjoy the outside, and very clean while maintaining its historic charm. The location is wonderful— 5 minutes to the beach, an hour to Boston and an hour to Portland, with so many great restaurants and shops near by. Even our dog was at peace, just chilling, overlooking the property and the sea! Our family had stayed at the house once before and we are now reminded that it is still a gem.
