"Great stay, no issues at all!"

"If you are looking at this property to book and you are ok with the rate you get, do not hesitate and book. The rooms at this property have all been renovated and are great!!! New beds , tv, air conditioning and new bathroom. The new owner has done a great job at upgrading the property so you should ignore the old reviews before renovations were done. You get free cable tv with lots of channels and access to Netflix. Amazon prime etc if you have subscriptions. Room has refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was really good at a reasonable price !! I will definitely book here again if I return to the area. "

"This property is perfectly situated on Cape Breton. It faces the wayer (big windows) in Kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. It is spotless. The kitchen is extremely neat and organized. The fridge was spotless and no odor. Yhe dining area(open to the kitchen) is all windows. The master bedroom and bath were nicely decorated, Bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of ectra linens, should we have neefed them. Washer and dryer came in very handy as we had traveled long term. Laundry detergent was available. The property is on the ocean cliffside. There were both Adirondack chairs as well as zero-gravity chairs for us to use. ALL were clean and in great condition. Michael was extremely responsive to our inquiries both before booking, as well as during the period prior to check-in. Also, the instructions on entering the home and rules of the home were clear and reasonable. These rules ensure the home is well cared for and reaffirms pride in ownership. When we arrived, the owner asked us to call him to chat. Michael made sure we had what we needed and that all was good and in working order. He even offered ideas on what to do in the area. Parking is easy and generous. We have rented homes often and this property is the cleanest, best organized we have ever had. Thank you Michael for making our stay so wonderful. We will return and will try one of your other properies next time."

"From our initial booking months ago to reluctantly checking out today, our stay at this lovely vacation home has been exceptional. Communication with Michael has been so pleasant and attentive. The home has every convenience you might need and then some. Little details have been attended to. This might be the first place we’ve rented where the kitchen knives are actually sharp! Wonderful. Do give Woodroad, a restaurant recommended to us by Michael, a try. It too is perfection. The sunsets certainly will be missed! We hope we can return one day."

"We stayed one night and found this to be the best of the five places we stayed in during our trip to Nova Scotia. The building is a charming house with 8 suites and an outdoor hot tub. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Extra amenities such as snacks and water in the room were appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again."
