The sundeck provides another space to take in the rugged coastline while barbequing mouth-watering local fish or a steak.

Our home also features a fenced lookout area along the edge of the cliff. This can be a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine, read a book or take photos.

Guests have access to the entire home, a sundeck and a sitting area out at the point above the cliffs.

We like to give our guests space but are available by phone, text or email to help guests have a pleasant stay.

Our vacation home is nestled in the heart of the Acadian village known as Cap LeMoine along the famous Cabot Trail.

We are a ten minute drive from the fisherman’s dock, marina, restaurant, shops and golf course in Cheticamp and a scenic 30 minute drive from Cabot Cliffs Golf Course/

The best way to get around is by car.

1. Guests agree to be responsible for their own safety near the cliff as a fall could result in serious injury or death.

2. Home Sharing - We are pleased to host families of up to six people or parties of two couples who wish to share a villa. Base price is based on 4 guests. Extra guest fees apply to a 5th and 6th guest.

The sharing of a villa by 3 couples, however, is not permitted without approval by the owner.

3. The home is equipped with a 240 Volt, 50 amp receptacle for high speed EV charging.  Guests must bring their own charging cable and an adapter compatible with an RV outlet (as shown in picture in photo gallery). Charging fees apply at 25 cents per KWh.
- Guests acknowledge the presence of the cliff and assume full responsiblity for their personal safety on the property

- Guests are not permitted to cook lobster, crab or fish inside the home. Fish must be cooked outside on the barbeque using a grill or boilers. Cooking fish inside will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and possible fines of $250 or more.

- Guests are required to stow away outdoor furniture and close windows when away from the property due to unpredictable winds and weather in the area.

- Guests must keep noise levels to within reasonable levels in order to preserve our good relations with our neighbours.
