"The room is big, the bed is firm, the staff are cordial and helpful, the hot water flows. But the TV service is horrible and I had to wait until 7pm to move into my room. It seems to me there is no reason the TV has to be so poor."

At the restaurant, it took 6 hours to bring change to my room, which arrived at 10pm while I was asleep for an early flight. The highlight was the shuttle that left on time."
