"This is the second year that we have stayed at Etiennes apartment. The space is very small and quite basic but absolutely perfect location for the ski lift ( just outside the front door). When we arrived Etienne and his family were at the apartment putting some final touches to some improvements. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had a few extra shelves, a dishwasher and an improved double bedroom. Etienne is always quick to respond to emails and is very helpful and friendly. "The bathroom is a health hazard. I have never EVER smelled a shower so nasty before. Cold in the suite, most of the plugs are out of the walls, risky electrical. Dishes were not clean, we could clearly see lip prints on the drinkware. Not provided with any dish soap, and the dish sponge was nasty. Communication was non-existent and we received check-in instructions half and hour after we said we would arrive (we tried calling when we got there too and the line was busy). "Could have not been more happy with this property just across the border from Switzerland and an easy train+bus ride from the airport. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Needless to say that next time I come to visit the grandkids I would love to stay here again. Julie the property manager was very helpful with every aspect of the process."
