"My Dad and I enjoyed our time in this old farm house. Kitchen was nicely updated and especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room. "

"The location was great for the purpose of this trip being close Cashiers. House was very clean and well maintained. Fully functional kitchen and layout was great for bringing our dog on this trip to visit. Highly recommend the property!"

"We enjoyed the easy access to the highway. There were plenty of dishes and pans to cook meals. The grocery store is only 8 minutes away. Also, the porch right off the kitchen was nice for enjoying the sun and morning coffee. There were several board game options for evening activities. Two things to note for planning a stay at this home are there is not a dishwasher and the pull out couch is made out of assembling couch cushions, so it is not a sleeper sofa. "

"As described, this house is perfect for large groups. It was well appointed and convenient to everything in the Transylvania County region. The host was easy to work with and super responsive. Would recommend!"

"It was just my girl and I for her bday weekend. It was a perfect spot, with a great location. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities, not to mention the fresh eggs they left for us. It was a very homely environment, we enjoyed it so much. "

"This fabulous home has everything you could ever want or need for celebrating a family reunion! Our group ranged from 3-93 yrs of age and everyone had a fun yet relaxing time. Mary and Quint are gracious hosts and made us feel like we had come home. The home is beautiful, the grounds filled with goats and sheep and two very friendly dogs. We were enchanted with the baby pigs and goats, the swing was a huge hit and Farmer Steve was patient and allowed the girls to help him. We will never forget our week. Thank you.
