"Such an amazing, unique spot to stay at. The hotel was quiet and clean. They've preserved its history, which you can enjoy in the hallways, gardens, and museum. The restaurant had some of the most delicious food we encountered on our 9-day trip throughout Spain, and it was authentic to the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Great location at base of mountains, right by entrance to cablecar to mountain top. Great for walkers . Restaurant menu possibly a little limited for British visitors but good snack options in bar area. Breakfast good- especially if you like wine with your croissants!"

"The hotel is beautiful! On the river with the gurgle sound of the river to fall asleep to. Ana, who checked us in, was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine. So welcoming and kind. She also made the food for the breakfast banquet that is offered ! Trust me, you don’t want to miss that!"

"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. "Very well located near the older part of Oviedo, walkable to all major tourist attractions. You need to check in across the street at their other hotel but this is not an issue as it is only a few meters away from the entrance. The beef was too firm for my liking but this is a personal preference. "

"Very nice hotel, very helpful and polite staff. Reception closes as 22:00 but they make good arrangements for late check in. Spacious room and clean. Breakfast is a little limited for the price, but acceptable. Will stay again in coming to Oviedo 😉😉"

"This hotel was an overnight stop off between the coast of Asturias and Rioja. It was very affordable. It did not have the charm of the old buildings but everything we could wish for was there. The food was cheap and very good. The breakfast was enjoyable. The service was good. No complaints. Great Value for money"
