"Spacious villa in a quiet area with great outside space. The pool is a good size and was more than large enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Location is good however we chose to drive into Carvoeiro which was a 5 minute drive. Communication with Villa manager and Frank was easy. Would recommend and will certainly stay again. "

"Very hard to find the property until we understood the Pin system in Portugal. Excellent villa, huge clean pool. Well equipped, good beds and furniture, very roomy. Couple of silly things needed attention when we arrived, manager over with a team and put everything right immediately, very helpful. "We had six adults, two children and a baby. Everything you could need was in the villa. The pool was the highlight of the holiday as the children spent all day in there and no upset tummies etc. as the pool man came twice during our stay and treated the water. The microwave and oven were rather complicated to use and older people may struggle to get it working as you want but they were lovely and clean.The A/C was fully functional and worked a treat. The host was excellent and answered a query...

"Lovely villa , comfortable , spacious , clean , everything we needed in the kitchen . Pool was great . Hot tub was extra . Arrived late first night , neighbour reported us for being noisy -two kids in the pool . Hands up , yes they were excited , had been travelling all day and yes there is a ‘quiet neighbour ‘ scheme between 10m and 9am . But no one mentioned the local dogs that bark constantly 24/7 , I’m not talking one or two , I have never heard so many dogs barking in one area . Honestly...

"The villa was a perfect stay for us (5 friends, one with accessibility needs: everything single level, walk in showers, large rooms w amble room around beds, well-equipped kitchen, ample indoor and outdoor spaces. "Enjoyed our stay at the villa. Martin was very responsive when booking the property and Kerstin the property manager helped with any questions we had. Got the pool heated which is a must for this time of year. The villa is in a quiet area and quite close to the centre of Carvoeiro."

"Lovely pool and outside area. Gloria was great housekeeper. New pillows would be beneficial and a full length mirror. Kitchen well equipped. Great location, small Spar well stocked. Good restaurants in the square. "

"Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay."

"Overall this villa was brilliant even if there were quite a few stairs due to quirky layout. Had a food delivery first day which is good idea although rest of time we shopped at a Lidl which was much cheaper and only 3km away. Local beach was excellent as was the cafe/restaurant there at Praia da Molhe and only a short walk. Be careful if using oven in kitchen at same time as hob for example as will trip the fuse box but easy to reset. Rental company were very efficient. We had ages ranging from...
