"The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach...

"Property was nicely located right on the beach, facing the sunrise. We loved the kitchen, fridge, cooler loan, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, in-room laundry machines, nicely appointed. Free parking. While we were there, beach was too rough for actual swimming but fun anyway. Close to Luquillo kiosks and just past that, a nice swimming beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!"

"A nice condo with a balcony and an outstanding view of the beach and surf, which are practically right below. The unit was clean and well appointed with a kitchen. There is artwork at places throughout, mostly with a marine animal theme. Typical of beach accommodations there was no carpeting; tile and laminate flooring are easier to keep clean. The water pressure was much less than we are accustomed to, but we understand that may be a result of insufficient infrastructure or other reasons and...

"Maria and Ramon are the number one host ever!! I went to their villa with my family, and we had the best family time ever. The view is incredible the villa is very comfy we had everything we need games, towels, the pools are near, there is a golf cart that can pick you up and take you to the hotel. Definitely I will stay in their villa again!! "

"We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. "We stayed here for 3 days. The pictures are very accurate. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Location is great, parking is very convenient. Only had intermittent wifi issues and could not figure out how to make the temperature in the shower be just warm. It went from scalding hot to cold so had to switch between one and the other. Everything else was perfect..."

"This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience.
