The view from the LR and bedrooms are amazing! The condo is very secure with a security door that has it's own key different than the one to the front door. My only con is the combo washer/drier in the unit is very confusing to use so bring quarters and use the laundromat on the 1st floor. The security staff...

"This was our sixth time renting a condo at Marbella in Isla Verde and it was our best experience; our host was the best we ever have had. Maureen was extremely responsive to our needs and flexible to our requests. Being in the Penthouse, the balcony is much larger than in the lower floor condos, allowing the whole family to comfortably enjoy the amazing view of the beach and ocean. We will certainly be back!"

"The location of the condo is perfect for a beach oriented trip. There is direct beach access so it is easy to run back to the unit during a beach day. Also great location for restaurants and the the supermarket is only a 10 min walk. The management team is very responsive. We had a minor issue with the stove and they had a building maintenance staff member there in under five minutes."
