"The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten. "

"We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!"

"The check in process was impeccable. I appreciated the complimentary drink and the room upgrade. The morning coffee service was a nice touch as well. I wish I was able to check out later the next day (I was on a long work layover) but I still appreciate the service I got when I checked in. "
