"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. "Very clean, new condition. Valentina is so helpful and caring. Breakfast was especially good and Valentina made sure my vegan preferences were met. This is the type of place and staff that causes us to want to stay longer or at least come back. "

"This B&B is a little gem! The views of the town are stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and I could have spent all day sitting around drinking wine in the garden. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the location is perfect. It is outside of town so you don't have to deal with the craziness of people coming to visit all day but you can easily walk to the center for dinner/drinks. This is a great place to stay!"
