its very functional and super location. The internal entrance is a little bit complicated but the location makes up for it.

Asked for early check-in prior to arrival, could not confirm, check with Florella office upon arrival, which was in a very challenging location to find. Could not check-in until 1600, finally did at 1530. Pre-war unit, dark hallways, motion lighting. Couch in unit was dirty and worn out, WIFI did not function, address given did not appear on list of networks available, finally called and it was sorted after 2 days. No lift in building, bed was clean and comfortable, table and chairs were very low end. Good area, right on top of the Palais. For budget accommodations for one pax, barely passable.

affordable apartment in Cannes
It was a self checkin with information emailed 10 days prior to coming. Easy Peasy. I´ve stayed in another apartment owned by this company and liked it more, but this location is fantastic. This apartment had everything you needed except comfort and ambiance. The entrance hallway is pretty run down. This apartment was on the top floor and had sloping ceilings . I am just 5´6 and felt I had to stoop, a taller person would be quite uncomfortable. The apartment has a kitchen with enough for a short stay; nothing really bad just not great. However, the location is nearly perfect, close to the beach, Suquet, rue des Antibes, train station, Market, Port. really perfect

From the beginning we had to email them about no internet connection. We sent them an email and they responded apologising for the issue and restarted the modem I presume. It started working again. The next morning, we were awoken from a leak coming from the ceiling right onto the front center of the bed! The leak became a huge puddle on the bed (on pillows and sheets). We emailed them a report of the leak WITH photos. All we received was an email that a technician would come to take a look. Technician said there was no leak upstairs. Before we walked out of the building, there was a huge leak of water from the ceiling (pipes) onto the floor (dangerous slipping hazard). We emailed them asking them what can they do to compensate for the inconvenience and NO response for 2 days. I woke up feeling very itchy (and I have no skin issues). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BASED ON ROOM CONDITION AND SERVICE, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY.

Great little stay but has several flaws
We stayed here for a few days in July, although it has it's faults I would probably stay again. There are live cockroaches in the entrance and hall but clear in the apartment. It's difficult to get into the apartment block and you're asked to remove your own trash at the end of the stay which was not acceptable I thought. The apartment is nice and clean although the beds aren't very comfy and the Windows have basically a very thin curtain which allows in all the light early morning which woke us up. There's also no soundproofing whatsoever so it feels like you're right there on the street. The apartment itself was lovely and had a great AC unit and appliances. It has a lot of room for improvement but is still nice enough!

When your lobby is flooded with sewer...
The sewer line broke filling the stairs and the entrance of the apartment building - the stench was horrible, shoes and clothing stained by sewer waters overflow. The management company did not assume any responsibility nor apologized. There was no sign alerting of the high dirty water so that long cocktail dress and shoes were damaged beyond repair, spoiling the evening as well. Absolutely disgusting, unhealthy. It was nobody's fault the accident, but the mismanagement of the situation was grossly negligent.

Nice apartment in a great location
I had a really nice two room apartment on the top floor. It was well fitted out and comfortable. It is a block or so from Palais de Festivals and quick walking distance to almost everything. And it was very economical. However, it is important to note that this is not an hotel. There are no staff on site and no facilities other than those in the room. With so much within walking distance there is (in my opinion) no need for the facilities of a hotel. And everything worked fine so the lack of onsite staff was not a problem. The staff were very helpful in my email correspondence with them. If you want a full service hotel you will be disappointed; if you want a nice clean comfortable economical apartment in the middle of everything you will be delighted. (Oh, and you wouldn't want to bring very heavy or bulky luggage as access is stairs only.)

Incredibly central
Florella aren't a hotel but an apartment rental place, we rented apartment 503 which was cosy to say the least but as there were only 2 of us it wasn't an issue. I had a little peek into other appartments around us to see if it was the same but the others seemed larger. The kitchen was a bit tight but plenty of room for food and with lots of appliances for such a small kitchen, they even had a Nespresso machine which I was thrilled to see after the awful coffee from the plane! Wi-Fi was nice and speedy so could update everyone back home without any extra cost. Met one of the owners per chance as she was checking up and she was very friendly. Would be more than happy to come back to such an efficiently run place.

Perfect Location for Cannes Festival
This apartment has the perfect location for visitors planning to attend the Cannes Festival. It's close to many restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the train station, as well as an ATM across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the building was secured by a pass code. Overall, a pleasant stay and would come again.

Great Location, very cramped rooms
This is the best location you can get if you are on a business trip and want to stay close to the palais or attend congres events in Cannes. We were here on business during the Cannes film festival and it was really convienient to go back & forth. The room(on the attic) was very cramped though and the bedroom ceiling was too low to even stand up. The overall service & cleanliness of the room is good.

The florella put me in a reasonably priced studio appartment type room which was quite recently furbished. The location is very central in Cannes (close to congress centre, rail station, shopping) - but not necessarily two steps from a beach. The management was very helpful and accomodating. I will come back to this place

Ottima struttura. Centralissima: supermercato, ristoranti e attrazioni principali di Cannes ,spiaggia compresa, nel raggio massimo di cinque minuti a piedi.
