"Agréable séjour dans cet appartement, les plus de ce logement : pas loin de la mer, la verdure autour du golf, beaucoup d'arbres et une vue magnifique mer et montagne, La boulangerie, très sympa, était ouverte avec du pain chaud tous les matin, bon faut y aller ! c'est sport !Les moins : Le parking loin de l'appart avec dénivelé important, beaucoup d'escaliers, pas d'emplacement pour poser les vélos (heureusement nous avions un fourgon), le chauffage pas allumé à notre arrivée (appart très froid a cette époque de l'année). Le complexe Pierre et vacances, désert à cette époque, doit être plus agréable l'été pour les personnes qui cherches la foule ? Ah oui, propriétaire très réactif pour remplacer un flexible de douche défectueux à notre arrivée. Merci ! Globalement nous avons passés une semaine agréable et très ensoleillée fin décembre et merci pour le parking couvert avec badge, c'est vraiment un plus car j'avais laissé mon véhicule une nuit à l'intérieure du complexe (avec accord d'un vigile) 96 à la sortie."

"A nice property which could have been amazing with a little more investment and upkeep. For example, there is a glamorous salon with view of the ocean, however it was not clear how to turn on the light, and the personnel could not say. Finally we found the hidden light switch ourselves. The pillows are not comfortable There was a whole lot of commotion upon our departure involving the fact that we left the dishwasher to run the dishes before leaving, as we dared to have breakfast. However the location is convenient and we enjoyed the pingpong and billiard on rainy days. I wish someone would dust up this old gem. "

"We stay only for one night at Cap Riviera. It rain before we came, so we haven’t used the garden or beach. There is no restaurant close to hotel, but hotel has a restaurant and a bar. We ordered fish for the dinner and we were very satisfied with our choices. Breakfast was also very good. "My husband, sister-in-law, and I spent two weeks in this inviting town house in the center of the Fréjus. Its location in the small, historic center contrasted nicely to the vibrant beach life, easily accessible by local transport or by car. The 3-floor residence was clean, and the kitchen surprisingly large and well-equipped for all one's cooking needs. Air-conditioning in all the rooms was much appreciated as we had some really warm days. Located on a narrow street, the garage was a bit tricky to navigate but we were happy to have a space to park our small Honda. It's a stone-throw from the Fréjus from the train station so if you don't have a car, you can certainly travel the Côte d'Azur without any problem. We took the train from the Nice airport on our arrival from Boston-via Paris. We appreciated very much the excellent communication with Cecile, who really wanted us to enjoy our stay, and we definitely did! My only caution would be to understand that there are three floors to the town house...if one has mobility issues, it could present a challenge. "
