The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

"Right in the heart of Cannes! Close to the market with lots of shopping. Waterfront was within walking distance. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the room.
