"Paul was very attentive and prompt in our communications. Everything was spelled out in the agreement and everything from booking to departing went smoothly. The house is located about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and small quaint town nearby. Everyone had a great time and the house was great for our gathering. "A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!"

"The Green House is located just a hop skip and a jump outside of a quaint mountain town. The scenery is beautiful not to mention the charm and beauty of this spacious historic home. Our family of 10 had more than enough room to both spread out and gather together to spend time relaxing and catching up with one another. "We brought our three dogs to this property. Two of which are young and high-energy breeds. Both dogs spent every morning in the fenced in kennel playing and then walking around the property. The upper pond was perfect and they enjoyed swimming with us. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy nature especially with their pets. The location was beautiful, the property was clean, and overall a unique and wonderful experience. I would recommend for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy...

"This is a well-maintained charming home with lots of room; the furnishings are period specific so a bit old fashion but very nice. Fully equipped house and nice outdoor space. Only 1 full bath which is fine if only using 2 bedrooms but would be a stretch if you used 4 rooms. All in a really nice place and a great find. Will probably rent it again next year. "
