"Great service from front desk before and during our stay. Hotel helped arrange transport from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. Very friendly and helpful staff , shout to Anouk, Alena and Celine at the front desk as well as Bert and the rest of staff. Very happy with our stay. Conveniently located great restraunt ‘s in bite and within a few blocks and a tram too! Would definitely recommend! Thanks! "

"Way better than I was expecting. The service was great and the room was beautiful. I loved the burlesque theme throughout, it wasn't tacky of tatty. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, not many alternatives out for vegans or lactose intolerant but just ask staff. Would definitely stay again. "

"Amazing staff, very welcoming and easy to check in and check out with, the room was clean and comfortable apart from the desk chair which is cramped against the bed, only downside is the noise you can hear through the joining door so the next room is very audible. Other than that it's a great place to stay in a perfect central location"
