" When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I found that the bed was not as advertised. "Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area."

"Went Presidents’ Day. Literally across from loon. Resort offers free shuttle. Also 1/2 hour to Waterville valley. Super clean and plenty for adult and kids to do on property "

"Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch."
