There was a tiny stream right behind which looked beautiful with all the fall colors. The place was closeby to scenic drives and was well equipped with all the essentials. "

"The cabin is so great! We had a great time relaxing at the cabin and exploring the area. The screened in porch is the BEST part. We found the cabin and the local restaurants to be extremely dog friendly. It’s definitely off the beaten path a bit and cell service is spotty, but the WiFi worked great when we needed it and I downloaded offline maps for the area in advance so we got around just fine. "Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better"
