"We had a great experience with the Spanish Casita. Parking was very easy and convenient. The home was VERY clean and a lot of love and care was put in to its design. From a stocked fridge to all the little details. This is definitely going to be our Go-To home away from home in Kerville Texas. "

"The place was great! Well decorated and a great antique vibe with all modern comforts. Just as advertised. The owner is very nice and made sure we were happy. Very convenient location!"

"The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some."

The Day's Away River Front Property on the Guadalupe

"We really enjoyed our stay. With the extra cabin, it was perfect for our group which included 3 families with teenagers, in town for a livestock show. The bedrooms are small, and the bathroom in the extra cabin is not the best, but it's as shown in the photos. However, the outdoor space was awesome, with lots of seating, fire pit, and canoe/kayaks. I do wish that trash bags were provided, but otherwise it had everything we needed. "

"Had a family gathering for my 50th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids had a great time swimming and kayaking. The adults loved the deck and the fact the kids had so much room to run and play. Beautiful property. Highly recommend"
