"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. "Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Hausherrin sehr herzlich und nett. Der Straßenlärm hielt sich in Grenzen, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, stört das wenig, zu Stoßzeiten aber schon merklich. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung ein wenig feucht ist, was zur Folge hat, dass die Möbel und damit der Raum modrig riecht. Auch die Schränke innen müffeln leider deutlich. "There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "
