"Room was nice, breakfast was OK and was included for a small fee when booking (was more expensive if you paid at the hotel). Room could have done with a picture or two on the walls, was a bit bare. Other than that it was all good"

"I had to make a last minute change to my reservation, and Dave- one of the managers- was beyond helpful and kind, even though it was my fault I had to change the reservation. The hotel is a convenient walk to the Brook Street pier, where many of the tours pick up, or the tours will also pick up just around the corner from the hotel on Harrington Street. If you need to take a bus to Launceston, the Kinetic Bus stop is just 2-3 blocks walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."
