All the staff were pleasant and seemed very willing to help.We had a problem with the window, but the staff responded quickly and offered us another room, and the hot tub wasn't working when we were there, but they were planning to repair it on Monday. "Staff was super friendly, love that the pool was opened 24/7. The pillows are terrible. Needed all 4 from one bed to even feel somewhat comfortable. Clean beside a stain on one pillow case. Would come back though. "

"Check-in was fast and easy. My room was very clean. Safe neighborhood. Good location, close to the 217 and the 26 freeways. There is a steakhouse and bar on site, very good food and friendly staff. "
