"We had a lovely time. Contact to check in and check out process is excellent. Managers and owners have put a lot of effort brining this new listing on the site and making the stay comfortable. Location on the fist floor secluded but with great views of the mountains and a short distance of some great walks. Being close to camaiore village and the coast we found the location really good to enjoy both worlds. Thank you"

"Overall our stay was great. The villa was lovely and our host Daniele was very helpful and attentive. The villa is in a quiet location with stunning views. There was a short walk to the local shops and a short drive to the beach clubs and beautiful Pietrasanta. The pool is a fantastic feature and kept us cool in the heatwave! Our only grumble was that there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms which made the lounge kitchen etc unusable in the heat. The beach towels are in need of an upgrade...

"We had a very nice stay and overall this is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We had two adults and and two 15 year old girls for 5 nights. The home is very charming with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The outside spaces are nice, especially the covered eating area. The pool was great for the girls and the kitchen was well appointed. New air conditioning units for all three bedrooms just take the edge off, but not really cold. "Having stayed at the villa in 2017 we were keen to return as the grandchildren were now old enough to use the pool without supervison. The Villa was just as we remembered it but now with Air Conditioning in the bedrooms which was a boon in the 30 deg heat during that week Roberta and Alfredo were very welcoming - pleased to see us again and helped with all our requests and our bad Italian. The Villa is great with plenty of space for the 10 of us and the short walk into the town finds restaurants...

"My family had an incredible vacation at this Tuscan Villa. It was perfect for us to relax at and to use as a spot to explore the whole region. It was private, quiet, amazing birds, it was also clean, well stocked and has incredible views. If you want to be living like a little hoe this is a growth spot ! "This was a beautiful villa with lots of space and a really nice layout with the pool positioned at the top of the house with incredible views to the ocean. The road up to the property was very narrow (one lane but two direction, so you had to pull over or back up if another car approached), which made us reluctant to eat out at night and face the drive up the hill afterward. However, it was so nice at the villa, we were happy to cook there in the evenings and enjoy dinner al fresco by the pool...

We were close enough to a small town to enjoy the local restaurants good food, groceries and other towns to do day trips as well. The Villa had everything to make our Stay very comfortable. "Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...
