"First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). The closeness to Volterra, coupled with the great supermarket and lovely pizzerias made it special. Guilia was very responsive and helpful at all times. We would come back in a heartbeat. "

The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. "A simple property but clean and comfortable. Good showers, comfortable beds. Cool pool! Also easy access to Pisa on the train and beautiful Tuscan countryside by car. Drive further south to Follonica for a good beach. Add good company, food and (local) wine and you have everything you could possibly need."

"We had a wonderful stay in Federica’s home. The property is very spacious and is in a stunning, peaceful rural setting nestled amongst the olive groves / vineyards nr Riparbella. "We enjoyed a quiet weekend relaxing and enjoying the countryside. The home was the perfect size and comfortable. The backyard was the perfect place to decompress and enjoy company of family. Would highly recommend this property for a stay. Additionally, there are walking/running trials close by and this property would suit individuals with an active lifestyle."
