"This property was perfect. It is even more beautiful than the photos depict. The grounds are wonderful for relaxing after days out exploring. The awning over the patio table provides perfect protection from any passing rain. The laundry facilities were very handy. The interior of the house had everything we could possibly need and Susanna gave us a great tour of the property when we arrived along with a very thoughtful gift basket. "We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. If (or when) we come back, I would stay here once again."

"Beautiful gated location on the very end of a dead end lane. Gardens are gorgeous with sculptures created by owner and many seating areas throughout the property. Bonita and Ed were very helpful with local issues such as restaurants, shopping, etc."

"This rental was recommended to us and am so glad it was. What a peaceful place! Beautiful gardens and the hosts are remarkable. Our flights were cancelled and Bonita worked with us to make some changes. They offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and spots to visit. "This was in a perfect location. There was more than enough room for 6 adults. We enjoyed having dinner with the beautiful view. Antonio was a wonderful host. He was very friendly and helpful. He added to our good memories on Sao Miguel. If we come back, this is where we'll stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and relaxing family-run hotel! Ana Isabel and her staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The grounds and gardens are absolutely stunning, and the pool was such a treat to come back to after a long day traveling around the island. "It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome."

"The house is super clean and the host provided so much great information on the area. Warm welcome included bread, cheese, milk and yogurt. Aside from an occasional crowing rooster, the surrounding village is cute and quiet. No hesitation in recommending this place!"

Die Lage eignet sich super für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel, da man recht schnell auf der Schnellstraße ist - aber auch die Gegend um Caloura & Agua de Pau hat von Meer über Restaurants bis zu Wanderungen viel zu bieten. Die Farm lädt zudem zu kleinen Spaziergängen runter bis tur Steilküste ein."

"Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Took a red eye in and arrived at 7:30 to the hotel. Our room was not available but the staff recommended a breakfast place and then booked us a half day tour to keep us busy while we waited. We returned from the tour about 12:30 and our room was ready for us. The room was huge and the view spectacular! Our first night we went to the store next door and bought things for dinner on our balcony. The staff went above and beyond in service, the room was amazing...
