The main residence is a 3500sq foot 5 bdrm / 3 bath open concept home that is both elegant and cozy. Additionally, a small detached guest house is located beside a quaint garden which includes a personal gym, bathroom and kitchonette.
The property features include a fenced horse pasture with 3 access points, a water feature with treated water and sandy beach, direct access to the Sheep River, neighbouring a nature reserve with walking paths and dog park, and less than 5 minute access to town amenities.
This property is perfect for large groups, guests travelling with horses, cast or crew accommodation, retreat hosting, wedding or event accommodation, or for those looking to relax in comfort and style.
