"I didn’t like the fact that the parking lot did not get plowed and was hard walking in all the snow or find proper parking. Quiet and close to shopping was a positive and the great staff!"

"The spaciousness of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. My favorite part of the stay is the pool and hot tub area and the gym. You can tell this space was well thought out. They even have a terrace attached to the pool area. Hands down one of the best pool area I have seen in a hotel."

"Good location and affordable. I liked the breakfast and options available. The attendant was also very helpful and always greeted me. I did not like that I was told that I would have to switch rooms at check in, halfway through my stay. Then, on the day when I packed up and went down to the desk, I was told that it was not necessary and I could put my things back in the room. This was inconvenient. The hotel is nice, clean, and great for families."

"I found the climate control in the room didn't work as well as expected, it took almost 2 days to get a comfortable temperature. Next time a room above main floor would be a better choice."
