"My stay was amazing for my solo trip! Clean, the restaurant staff were amazing as well as the food! The one lady at the front desk upon my arrival was rude but other than that, great stay! Mike the bartender was great as well! Highly recommended!"

"5 Stars I had a wonderful experience booking through Expedia! They consistently reached out to check on me during my vacation, which made me feel really supported. Staying at the Grand Palladium was amazing — the resort was beautiful, very convenient, and the staff was fantastic. Traveling with American Airlines was smooth and comfortable. The only downside was my return trip with Spirit Airlines, where we ended up waiting on the plane for an hour due to a pilot delay, and no refreshments were offered during the wait. Other than that, everything else went great, and I truly appreciated Expedia’s excellent customer service throughout the trip. I will definitely be booking with them again!"

"Went for our honeymoon and it was amazing , the staff were very friendly and professional. The food was good and the resort was clean! Def recommend the rooftop bar if you are doing the xhale club, also the butler we had (Travis) top tier service ! He was great! Overall the resort is beautiful, you can also visit the secrets side as well! "

Omar brought great energy behind the bar, and Loretta made every evening a blast with fun games and nonstop laughs. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, no need to dine elsewhere.
