"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "We spent one night at Solentiname and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are terrific and the cabins are incredibly well designed, funky and fun. Food was great, and we felt like we were part of the family. Highly recommend this place for people looking for a wonderful break and nature. We also don't have a car but were able to get there no problem and the staff arranged for a car to take us back to Santa Elena, for a few dollars. "
