"Immediately felt at home in this property! All the rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. This home is very spacious and heaters and fireplace made it cozy on cool March evenings. The area is beautiful and quiet in spite of the construction nearby. "The house was perfect for us. The view of the water from the front porch was so relaxing. It was a quick walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants. But we also enjoyed the pool and snacks on the porch. We are already planning to visit again!"

"While this is a good location, the property and manager were incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, the lockbox was not labeled with the code given by the manager. Eventually, we found it, but the key was NOT in the lockbox. The manager did not answer his phone. Someone else who had a property found the key for us. There was NO wifi. "Very lovely stay in the countryside "

"I left right away, stayed in hotel. House was misrepresented. Not large house, but apt, no ocean view, no TV, no 2nd bathroom, not beach front... 20 min away. Heavy musty smell which was unbearable, he said "I have no mold" his word, not mine. Entrance to place was not the front door, but through like a garage which was filled with junk,hoses,stuff. Door to apt was covered in turf, did not lock properly, did not open all the way, he told me don't worry, it's safe here. There's a 2nd apt. in this...

"Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

"We had a lovely two weeks in this property. The view was spectacular, the outside areas and pool were great with the balcony comfortable and shady. Inside the house felt spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Lots to do within an easy drive. We found Portugal good value for money with great food and friendly people, we will return."

"We couldn’t have had a better holiday. Fifth time in Lagos and the best accommodation so far. So convenient it’s unreal. Absolutely spotlessly clean when we arrived and just a pleasure to sit at the veranda and watch the street life, and listen to the chat from the excellent Ala do Castelo restaurant next door, who were wonderfully welcoming. Nothing but praise for the accommodation. A fantastic base to explore the amazing city of Lagos. We’ll be back."

"The apartment was exactly as it was described. The outdoor space was lovely. We had a minor issue the first day and our host, Thyl, arrived to address it within five minutes. He was wonderfully informative about the town and was very helpful with recommendations. Thyl also does tours and we thoroughly recommend. Thank you!"

"Great property, everything you needed. Home from home. Stunning views and great weather."

"The accomodation was traditional and clean, however the outside space was poorly kept and pool was unusable. The note in side the property said it was the occupants responcibility to clean the pool. I don't go on holiday to to start working on the place i am staying. The bedding was very minimal and no duvets."
