"This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future. "

The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. "My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and had such a nice view. This property had an enormous pool with a fantastic view, along with a little restaurant/bistro and bar on site. We took a short walk to an amazing beach and short distance to Old Town that has so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Our hosts also recommended a fantastic restaurant along the boardwalk. Definitely recommend :)!!"

"We arrived during a rain storm. After the check in, we found that our apartment was leaking water through the roof. After a phone call with the host, we were transferred to another apartment, which was also flooded. Finally, a third apartment was dry enough, but it was really run down and without WiFi (very important to us). After agreeing to stay there for a week until an adequate apartment was free, we were again transferred to a 4th apartment, which was nicely furnished, but had black mold on...

"The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The host was great! Helena kept in contact with us and came to visit us to check that we were happy. If you’re planning on staying here with the intention to travel to surrounding areas I’d advise you to rent a car. Getting a cab can be quite difficult at times. Other than that, this place is perfect!"

"The property met all our expectations. Appliances were quite new and obviously worked well. Took awhile to figure out European controls on various appliances, even after Sandra showed us how. Sandra provided heater to get us through cooler temperatures. The couple of times we needed her, she was very helpful and prompt. Even gave us sack of oranges and lemons from her own trees. Our arrival was delayed a few hours, but Sandra waited and was still smiling when we arrived."

"From making the booking Vitor was always at hand to answer any questions. 3 Days prior to us arriving Stela & Monica were amazing, again always on hand to answer any questions and to recommend places to visit and eat.
