"The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Frutillar. Staff were very friendly, took care of all our needs. They are focused on making sure the customers have a great experience. I arrived very early and they allowed me to check-in early after a long flght! Breakfast is wholesome, the property is very well taken care of, the location is really good, rooms are comfortable. I recommend staying at Hotel Frutillar to whoever goes and visits the region while in the south of Chile."

"Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...
