"The hotel is a beautiful property but certainly it’s showing its age as even the room key is truly a room key and not a key card. I guess it’s just the nostalgia of an older hotel. There is also very limited dining in surrounding area but the restaurant in the hotel is great. Due its location, there is little to sometimes no uber or taxi available hence it can be pricey getting a car via the concierge. "From the moment we walked in, we felt so comfortable! All our needs and wants were exceeded. The restaurant is amazing by the way. The room was also very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We spent a little extra to have the patio and lake views and it was worth every penny. "

The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. "The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."

"Pictures don’t do justice to the view that awaits the renter of this apartment! The lake and the surrounding mountains are stunning. The apartment is nice and comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy the view. I would recommend getting there during the day since it can be a bit tricky at night. Pay attention to the fact that there are 3 flights of steps to climb, but if steps are not a problem, the view is totally worth it!!!"

"10 minute walk to the station. 5 minute walk to the ferry. Location is amazing, it was clean and smelled great. Check in was a breeze very friendly. I had to catch an early train and couldn’t have the breakfast buffet but they made me a to go bag the night before to take with me! Highly recommend this place!"

Nice Place - could do with a SPA Massage Menu

"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "
