"Situation in Ortigia in an area of narrow, interesting lanes full of restaurants and local businesses is fascinating. Very much an atmosphere of Sicilian Ortigia. Room was very clean and modern with aircon and good bathroom. Roof garden where breakfast is served is attractive but the breakfast itself is average. There is a car park quite close at the marina but it is very expensive. Satnav finding the loction was quite useless. Important to contact the owner before arrival."

"Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia...

"La struttura ha il solo pregio di non essere vecchia ma sembra una scatola di scarpe rifinita con materiali di scarso valore ed arredamento di provenienza diversa senza un criterio se non quello dell'economia; una porta interna ha persino la macchinetta x leggere la carta/chiave, naturalmente non è funzionante e sembra strappata da altro luogo e messa lì. "Staff was very friendly and helpful for check-in during after hours. Place was really clean and nice, really worth the price. Coffee (good quality!) and water bottles are always available in the kitchenette. Breakfast included is from a restaurant downstairs and they have really good coffee and pastries.
